Communication wasn't as great as the rental
Rented this for family to stay in. Check in was at 4pm. We got there at 6:15 and there was a truck parked in the driveway and we could not get in. Tried to call the owner 3 times and no answer. Texted and they only replied via text and did not completely help. Just said they would check with cleaners. We had to bang on the door, and the cleaner came out and said it would be another 30 min before they were done. So we left and got dinner. Would have been nice to be able to check in when it said we could so my family who travel from the UK could clean up before dinner. I texted the owner that the cleaner was still there and they never responded. The house was nice and property was nice. Just which the begining started off on a better foot.

Very comfortable property, easy to fall asleep on the comfy beds & recliners, clean, provided everything we needed to get settled in (only thing extra I had to buy was sugar for the coffee machine, soap for bath & toothpaste). Lovely quiet & safe neighborhood. Will definitely recommend.

Door on 2nd bedroom off hinge could not shut door. windows were very dirty like not cleaned ever. No light in 2nd bedroom bought lamp at trift store Water in shower was too cold

House is plain nineties decor. No frills to speak of (auto ice maker was nice). Description says sleeps 10 but there was only bedding for 3 beds. Location is good, close to Allegiant and downtown. Nice neighborhood close to stores/food. House was clean and ready when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Check in process was confusing because there was a keypad on the front porch that we saw first. Took us awhile to figure out we needed to use the keypad on the front door which was behind the screen door and we couldn't see it. .Would recommend property to others..

Nice house!
This house was a great place for my family of 5 plus 2 dogs. It had plenty of space for all of us and even a private gated back yard. It has everything we needed. It’s located in a safe neighbourhood about a 15 minute drive to the strip (it’s actually pretty close to the strip but the traffic in Vegas is nuts). The only issue we had was the check-in process and communication with the property manager. I asked the pm if we could extend our stay but she did not respond . Also when we got to the property the front door was locked by a metal security gate that needed a key to open. We only received a code to open the front door but no key. The only way we got into the property was through the back patio door which was open. The code we were given for the front door was incorrect. Once we figured out the access to the property everything was great. The pm gave us the correct code for the door so problem solved. Other than that this place was great. I only wish the pm responded to my request to stay at this place a little longer.

Very nice
Pros: Property was very nice. Exceptionally clean. Extremely quiet well maintained neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. Just minutes from airport. Beds we’re comfortable. Cons: states it sleeps 8. There were no sheets or pillows for the 7th & 8th sleepers (sleeper sofa). Only 7 dining table chairs.

Great option for the price
Nice property for the price charged. Minor concerns discovered on arrival were addressed promptly, even on a holiday weekend. Small TVs in the 2nd & 3rd bedroom would be a great upgrade to make. Overall, very happy with our stay! Thanks!
