Living room has a brand new 55' inch flat screen with spectrum cable! Located just down the street from the club house, this quiet community is great for the whole family!

Enjoy unlimited access to all of Abbey Spring's fabulous amenities:
320 acre resort community with facilities that include golf course, four tennis courts, Country Club that includes indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, as well as whirlpool facilities. Restaurant, bar and a great beach area are all located directly on Geneva Lake!

Abbey Springs does charge daily guest passes to use amenities. These passes will be included in the fees of the total cost.

*Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home.

Owner charges an outrageous amount for the the amenities!!! But renters are treated differently and they make it very difficult to use the amenities. Not worth the price.
