El Polo is a brand-new villa located along the side of the exclusive Casa de Campo Polo field. The villa offers stunning views of the Polo fields and surrounding areas. The unique architectural design of the villa generates a refreshing breeze that is running throughout the house most of the day.
A spectacular swimming pool that is over 18 meters long can be used to either exercise or just spend fun time with family and friends. The design of the refreshing jacuzzi can accommodate up to 9-10 people and uses solar energy to keep the water warm throughout the day. Note. At the current time the adjacent lot is under construction. The expected time of completion is April -2024. Work is active Monday thru Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm . An adjustment of the rate will be provided as applicable. There will be no construction during Christmas holidays and Holy week.
The house features four bedrooms, including four full size beds, two queen size beds and one king size bed. Note: the second floor bedrooms have no curtains or blackouts. The office can be used by busy executives or hybrid work while away from the office. The fiber optics Internet offers speedy connection for video-conferencing and 4K movies.
The living and dining area are speciously designed to accommodate the villa guests throughout the day. The stunning dinning table can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. Similarly, the TV room offers privacy from the rest of the living area for quite watching of movies or spending time with family and friends. Please note an and additional resort fee of $25 per person per day is applied when arriving to the resort.
The villa is located minutes away from the Hotel, Spa & Wellness Center, Teeth of the Dog Golf Course and Shooting Center. The spectacular Minitas Beach and Tennis Club are located approximately 10-15 minutes with a car. Similarly, famous Altos the Chavon, Dye Fore Golf Course and Marina are located approximately 15-20 minutes with a car.
