TROIS PIECES pour 6 personnes d'environ 60 m² comprenant un séjour avec un convertible pour 2 personnes en 140cm, une kitchenette équipée (4 plaques électriques, réfrigérateur, four, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge), une chambre avec un lit de 160cm, une deuxième chambre avec un lit de 90cm et un lit de 80cm, une jolie salle de douche, wc séparés.

BALCON et loggia avec très jolie VUE SUR LE PORT de plaisance. Garage en sous-sol n°128

Plage à 200 mètres.
Bus, bus de mer, commerces à proximité.

Appalling

Arrived at the agency as instructed. Was given the keys by the agent after parting with €300 deposit, and €40 for the bed linen and towels. Arrived, but could not enter the car park as the barriers prevented entry. Finally got let in by a resident who also showed me the apartment block that was clearly lacking maintenance - she asked why we didn’t have a remote for the barrier - we hadn’t been given one. I therefore (having wasted an hour) returned to the agency for a remote, which eventually materialised. We returned, and entered the allocated basement garage. Sadly, my car is larger than a 1970s Renault 5, so would not fit in the allocated garage. We parked in a spare space back in the surface car park. The block - the smell of stale cigarette smoke was grim, but we carried on via the lift to the second floor flat. The landing was filthy. We entered the apartment. We had been asked to notify the agent if anything was amiss, but there wasn’t room on the form to list all the defects, and disrepair. I sent the agent an email containing over 70 photos of dirt and damage. The linen charge covered two sheets and two towels for 2 of us for 4 days. No duvet cover (only double size on a king bed) and no hand towels. No instructions on refuse disposal, or anything. Two days later and we were evicted from the pool by security for not having a wristband. Cue a return to the agency where they appeared. It was very embarrassing. A dreadful property- shame on Vrbo for listing it.

Super emplacement

Emplacement génial pour qui cherche un peu de calme, hors le coeur de ville, tout en étant à proximité pour tout faire à pied. Orientation idéale pour la vue sur le port, tout en évitant l'excès de soleil et de chaleur (très appréciable en période de canicule). Info importante quant au box : seule les voitures petit format pourront en bénéficier. Pour les autres, il faudra trouver un parking extérieur.
