Quite close to kyoto station - 5 min walking. Quite a few dining options also close by, and a 7-eleven store is right outside the door! Did not get to use much of the hotel facilities. Room on the small side,but the beds are elevated so you can store your suitcases underneath.

Excellent stay right next to the Kyoto Central Station. Made navigating nearby areas (Nara, Osaka) super easy. The restaurant/breakfast buffet they had onsite was phenomenal. The spa was also phenomenal, had a sauna, had an open-air jacuzzi area. Perfect stay, and for such a great value, couldn't recommend a better place for Kyoto.

The property is very close to the station, breakfast is great, and staff and hotel is very convenient. The rooms are very small (seemingly smaller than other small business hotels) and there is no air conditioner in the winter so it is very warm. If you want cold air, you have to open the window.

Conveniently located near the Kyoto Station. There's also a convenient store located behind the hotel. Check-in process is self-service. Room are small but very comfortable. They have Spa which my friend really enjoyed and like. Highly recommended.

The hotel wasn’t easy to find. It’s close to another APA hotel. We walked in and were given directions to our hotel which is a block behind it. The reception area stank of cooking oil and other smells coming from the restaurant in the building. Check-in was easy but slow. The corridors were dark. As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by more smells of fried foods and exhaust from the nearby restaurants coming through our closed hotel window and a mildew smell from the bathroom. Our room was the Double Room with a double bed. The room itself is the tiniest we’ve had throughout our trip in Japan. There was barely any space to pull the chair out of the desk and no space for any luggage bigger than a carry-on. They disable air-conditioning for winter, so the room was really hot. The only remedy is to open the windows and let the stinky restaurant air in. We tried to ask for a room fan as other reviewers suggested. The hotel said they had no fans available and to open the windows. The bed only has one pillow per person. The hotel said they had no extra pillows. The bathroom was very tight, like an airplane bathroom but with a shower tub—not for large or tall guests. They’re the only hotel to provide shower caps. There’s a 7-Eleven next door and good restaurants close-by. Only a 10-minute walk to Kyoto Station. We booked for 4 nights but we immediately booked elsewhere for the rest of our stay in Kyoto. The hotel staff were helpful in booking a taxi. Check-out was easy.

Near the Osaka Metro Station, Quiet and Peaceful neighborhood, Friendly and accommodating front desk personnel. I booked a non-smoking room. When I got to the room it smelled like cigarette. I asked to change rooms and they granted my request. Although rooms and bathrooms are pretty small. Big luggages already consumes a lot of the room space. Pillows are also pretty thin. No closets. Just hangers and hooks on the wall.

Excellent location, good internet speed, great and friendly staff. But ultra small room and also I can not use the spa of the hotel because i have a tattoo... I respect that but it is a hotel with international guest...
