The house was very clean, had plenty of amenities, was really spacious, and in a great location. We loved being able to bounce between the AC house and the pool when it was 107 degrees out, and take evening trips to Joshua Tree National Park for fun and gorgeous hikes.
Both property managers were unreachable, and were unable to clarify check-in information, although I asked several days in advance, called and texted. Luckily, the manager of the cleaning crew, Jazmin, was not only responsive, but went out of her way to email me information, help with the wifi, and check-in with me throughout our stay to make sure it was as enjoyable as possible! If she hadn’t responded, we would’ve driven for 10 hours, only to be stuck outside with no way to get in.
