Great place to stay
Close to public transport. The balcony could have been a bit cleaner. Chairs were dirty and weeds growing in the pavers. Besides that all the rest was excellent.

Great alternative to regular hotels in Innsbruck
This is NOT a hotel, but a rental apartment like one found at Airbandb. There is no reception. No way to leave luggage beyond your stay. No parking. Usually, I am negative with such. However, this one was nice. The operator was kind and friendly, and most importantly punctural to provide the key to the room as with my appointment. The room configuration (two story inside) may be a bit cumbersome for business use, but has a nice view from the window and the balcony. Also, it is just in front of the centra lstation of Innsbruck. That was a great plus. I may want to come back to this facility if other regular hotels are sold out like this time.
