DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES:
-If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house.
-This Property is in deed restricted Homeowner association and most HOA don’t like short term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions .

-NO Random invites without prior permission.
-NO Throwing party or Parties.
-NO Loud music inside or outside , please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors , we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave .
-No hanging out outside the front door
-Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors will call the police just to harass you and me.
-NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door.
-NO Pets without prior permission.
-upon check out, please follow all check out instructions list.
-If you have more people staying at the house then listed on reservation, you will lose your deposit.
-Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out.
-Missing garage door remote.
-Late Checkout without prior approval.
-Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission.
-We provide make up wipes/remover, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use for the next guest.
-Make up stains on pillowcases/bed sheet and comforters.
-Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes .

You can walk to NRG Houston Rodeo, Real close to everything. Houston area ,High end upgrade ,corporate living, close to shopping, the city center, parks. Kitchen fully equipped , good for couples, business and families. 10 minutes from MED center, 5 mins to NRG center , 15 mins to Galleria, 20 mins for energy corridor. Short term and long term available.
Not available for any type of parties , reunions and get together’s. Attached 2 car garage .

Quiet Neighborhood, Convenient Location
Comfortable, peaceful and nice amenities. Great for families or friends to gather, with two living rooms and two dining areas. Wonderful outdoor space and room to park two vehicles inside privacy fence. Just off one of the main Houston bypasses, making it very easy to navigate the surrounding communities. Property manager was very responsive to any questions. If we visit Houston area again, this will definitely be our homebase choice again.

We enjoyed our stay as this house as it had a lot of room and a very nice master bathroom with a great walk-in shower. The kitchen was nice with modern appliances and very good cookware. We will stay in this house again if we get the chance.

In Houston for a 3 day convention at NRG. House had everything we needed and was easy for my 84 year old mom to access and get around. Property Manager very responsive to questions.

Very comfortable, clean, and convenient!
This was a perfect house for our party of 4 adults and one toddler. The house is clearly recently updated and was very comfortable. The shower in the master bath was especially luxurious, and even our 2 year old enjoyed it! The only thing we would have changed would be to add blackout curtains, but the blinds weren’t too bad. Thanks so much for having us!

Like Moving Back Home
We really enjoyed our stay at Rodeo...[rental property name is too way too long]. We were visiting our hometown and wanted to be able to host a constant stream of family and friends during our stay. Our loved ones are located throughout Houston and surrounding areas, so it was nice to have them come to us rather than endure traffic all week. Rodeo... is very spacious (3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 seating areas, 2 dining areas, a bar, a full kitchen, plus a patio with seating, swings, and a BBQ grill, and front and back lawns). All rooms except for one offers entertainment systems. There were some small hiccups, but the owner/property manager, Tony, was very hospitable and always responded to our messages right away. We would definitely stay here (or any of Tony's properties) again on our next visit.
