It has a furnished living room, 2 sofa beds, a full equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, a dining room with table for 4 people , additional laundry room, a TV with Netflix, wifi, a private parking lot.

For safety reasons, guests can use the social area (pool, sauna, gym, hydromassage) in stays for a minimum of 10 nights.
Additional at the time of check-in, all guests who will be staying to bring a copy and original of their identification document (ID card, passport, etc...), for security reasons must comply with those requirements.
A brochure with recommendations from the area is sent before arrival.

Other things to note
Puerto Santa Ana is a tourist place in Guayaquil, where you can walk safely along the beautiful Malecon 2000, you can visit many restaurants that offer a variety of national and global cuisine.
You can do sightseeing when you get off the apartment and walk to the music museum and continue along Numa Pompino street which is the historical part at the foot of Santa Ana hill, where Guayaquil was born.
A 15-minute walk is Panama Street, where you can visit the Cocoa Museum and a culinary offer installed in the premises that have opened in this central area of Guayaquil.
The transport service from Guayaquil airport is given to the apartment for an additional value, check availability.
POST-COVID PROTOCOLS: We've taken the measures recommended by the who, Airbnb, and the RD health authorities. Some of the main measures are:
* The proper ventilation of the apartment during the cleaning process
* Frequent air conditioning filter cleaning
* Use of appropriate cleaning products and items (70% chlorine or alcohol-based disinfectant solutions)
* Total change of lingerie and towels at each use, washed at high temperature (60 degrees)
* All staff have access to the apartment equipped with surgical masks or N95
* We thoroughly clean the frequently touched surfaces (doorknobs, doorknobs, remote controls, switches, refrigerator door, etc.)
* Correct chlorination from the pool
