Best Hotel Ever
The manganao is a beautiful hotel: the pool is huge and very clean. The hotel is well maintained , the rooms are very clean and feature modern furniture. Best hôtel staff ever: they are all very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is tasty. The hotel has its own private beach at raisin clair. The hotel is conveniently located near the marina which makes Day trips to Marie galante , les saintes and petite terre easy ! (It s à lot more difficult from gosier to go island hopping)

Pros: Beautiful beach and pool area, kind staff, very good breakfast. The area is very peaceful and quiet. There are a couple of good small restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance. Cons: Very few. Connecting to WiFi was complicated and troublesome.

Great Beach Resort Vacation
Hotel is situated right on the beach, where we enjoyed an amazing breakfast provided by the hotel. Service was impeccable from the moment you check-in. Room was more simple, but adequate.

A very nice hotel!
We enjoyed staying here. The swimming pool area is large and well laid out. Their beach area is intimate and very comfortable with a nice restaurant just steps off the sand. Our room was clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying here in the future.

We stayed in an apartment at the hotel. It would have been helpful to,know ahead of time that You really needed a car to get around- no place to buy groceries anywhere nearby. hotel is rather shabby,and there is a for sale sign at the front of the complex. Very poor wifi reception.

Disappointing for the price
For almost 300 Euro per night you would expect something slightly better than a Motel 6 type room, rusty table on the balcony, missing room number, 2 tiny pillows for the bed ( which was hard as a rock ), K-Mart quality towels, partly refilled shampoo bottle. And any hotel requiring you wear a bracelet for ID just feels cheap.

This place is a total mess it's almost like a ghost town, breakfast in the morning is terrible, staff is bad beach is not clean our leg got so bitten by little bugs all evening at the restaurent. Just don't go there you better choose the Club Med. The pool was out of order

Peaceful relaxing stay
The stay was great. The staff was very accommodating even with my limited French...A few spoke some English and helped arrange transportation for me. The beach was amazing...the water was clear, warm, and relatively calm. For the more adventurous traveler, there is a rocky shore to explore to the West of the beach and also a pathway to the East of the Manganao beach that allows for access to the Raisins Clairs beach. Raisins Clairs beach is a local beach with deeper water and a bit more surf. Aside from Raisins Clairs beach, it is a bit tough to get around to explore. I would recommend renting a car to see more of the area as taxis can get a bit expensive. Most other restaurants would be hard to walk to, especially after sunset. The rooms were small which didn't matter too much as there are plenty of common areas. They were clean although a bit musky however, which is probably a result of the ambient humidity (our room was full equipped with AC). Wifi is available but can be spotty at times. The hotel itself is a large complex with many bungalows/structures. The lobby is wonderful and the rest of the grounds are well maintained despite being a bit dated. There is also a restaurant/bar on the premise with quick service and a picturesque view. The menu is limited however, which could get a bit dull for travelers staying for more than a few nights.
