Perfect Spot near town. Cute and quiet.
I stayed here with my wife after our wedding reception for a few days and it was perfect. Communication with the host was great and the spot is perfectly secluded so it is pretty and quiet but very easy walking distance into town. Highly recommend.

A wonderful spot overlooking Greenport docks & the Bay
We enjoyed this enclave on a private road with beautiful gardens & cute little bunnies! :) We were just a few short blocks to main street and all the simple things the little town of Greenport offers. We will be back.

Weekend in greenport
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent location. Walking distance to downtown, easy access to shops, restaurants ,and IGA. Yet on a quiet street with lots of harbor views an osprey’s nest and small beach at the end. Our dogs loved the mile walk to the end and back. Cottage was lovely clean and comfortable. Lounging in and by the heated pool was probably our favorite pastime. Just wish it had been available to us another hour or two each day. Would definitely return.

Exceeded high expectations
The online description drew us to stay at this charming cottage during the second week in August. Upon arrival we found that the site’s beautiful photos only began to describe the experience. In person the gardens, lawn, pool, waterfront and more were so very enjoyable and restful. The cottage was a delight to stay in and met every comfort and amenity we needed. The location is perfect: quiet and secluded yet an easy walk to shops, restaurants, train, and the ferry. Our host was gracious and welcoming. We very much enjoyed good conversation, and wine and cheese with her at her invitation. We are looking forward to returning.

Wonderful Place to Relax and Stay
This cottage is an amazing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for a few days, a week or more. Honestly, it's the perfect size for a couple and has everything you'd need — a small efficiency kitchen, nice-size bathroom, living room and bedroom with a comfortable bed. Also, the property is gorgeous and quiet. The pool is beautiful and the front yard is a great place to sit, watch the bay and stargaze. Parking is easy. The staff and owner are great, too! Highly recommend.

Fantastic
We loved our stay here. The property's absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location to enjoy all the Greenport has to offer. We started and ended each day sitting under beautiful shade trees in the back lawn overlooking the water. The cottage gave us the privacy and space we craved. Lovely hideaway in Greenport
A lovely and super convenient cottage hideaway in Greenport. Convenient to town, but on quiet street, adjacent to the wAterfront, very helpful property owner/manager. Accommodation was clean, very comfortable and plenty of parking on site. Good for walking, biking, kayaking.
