OUTDOORS PERSONS PLAYGROUND

We are continuing to keep our home empty for at least 48-56 hours in between guests. This reduces the risk to our housekeeper and our guests giving time to viruses to lose their virulence. Our home is cleaned with Bleach Cleaners and all areas where is commonly touched is wiped down along with a deep cleaning in between guests. Microban 24-hour disinfectant is then applied to commonly touched areas. My wish is for the health and safety for all. Thank you for your understanding.

THIS HOUSE IS NESTLED IN CENTRAL GREEN RIVER. WALKING DISTANCE TO RAY'S TAVERN, MELON VINE GROCERIES, CHOW HOUND FAST FOOD AND PIZZA AND GREEN RIVER COFFEE. BEAUTIFUL GOLF COURSE JUST 2 BLOCKS EAST OF HOUSE. BOAT LAUNCH 1/4 MILE AWAY. TAKE HASTINGS RD NORTH TO VIEW THE SETTLERS CABIN, PETROGLYPHS AND RIVER BEACH PICNIC AREA. TAMARISK RESTAURANT 1 MILE EAST HAS EXCELLENT FOOD AND DRINKS. ARCHES NATIONAL PARK 40 MINUTES SOUTH AND JUST A FEW MINUTES MORE. MOAB BOASTS WONDERFUL MICROBREWERIES. CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK FARTHER SOUTH OF MOAB. GOBLIN STATE PARK IS 70 MINUTES WEST. CAPITOL REEF IS 85 MINUTES WEST. THE SAN RAFAEL SWELLS 15 MILES WEST, FANTASTIC HUNTING RIGHT ON THE GREEN RIVER. WE HAVE DUCK, GEESE, PHEASANTS, DEER, PRONG HORNS AND AN OCCASIONAL ELK. Canyonlands airport (Moab) is 30 minutes from our home. Fly in through Salt Lake city or Denver with very reasonable price. You can rent a car from the Moab airport. Enjoy the quaintness of the airport and enjoy the no fuss, no hassle travel. Easy to rent the car and drop it off.

Wonderful Home
This home was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, and more. Yvonne was an amazing host and responded immediately to our requests. Our favorite part of the stay was the little details that were provided, like a bag of charcoal for the grill. OH! And I loved the clock above the dining room table. It took a minute to figure out how to read it, but once we figured it out we enjoyed watching the movements. Hope to see you next year!

Our trip took a year to plan and was overall fantastic. Our VRBO in Green River was an excellent location to base our adventures from. We had a few questions during our stay and Yvonne was very responsive and got back wirhin an short time. Her local manager also stopped by and he was polite, respectful and responsive to our questions. Again, nothing major but great to know we had support behind us if we needed it. We would reconend this spot for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Nice house, clean and well appointed, as advertised. Only 7 can sit at table due to lack of chairs, and there was only one kitchen towel. Otherwise, great!

Comfortable Stay.
The home was clean, and quiet just what we were wanting. Yvonne was communicative and very respectful, couldnt ask for a better host. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Loved everything about the very comfortable home, the beds were great too. We plan on returning to stay here again.

The location was great & the house was well appointed. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Great Home Base
We toured from coral reef/goblin valley to canyon land/Arches, and this was the perfect home base. After a long day of hiking and adventuring, we were able to come back to a comfortable and cute home to relax. Yolanda provide little extras like fruits and muffins and ice packs to get us started. She was a wonderful host in this green river gem. Until next time!

A great experience
Our family stayed a week at Yvonne's and did a lot of outdoor activities, mainly using the house for sleeping and breakfast. Very clean, well maintained, plenty of hot water and cool A/C and well-equipped kitchen. The cooler, freezer packs, charcoal, provided soaps and laundry supplies are great benefits to this property if you are traveling in by plane and having to "buy everything" after you get to town and intend to do a lot of outdoor activities/travel in the area. Beautiful flowers were beginning to bloom along the drive, nice morning and evening sits on the porch. Also enjoyed the 1950's Saturday Evening Post magazines. Honestly one of the best rental experiences we've had. Highly recommend!

Great property

This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with more food than we have ever seen before. The only downside was that we had to call the day we arrived to get the access code to the home.

Great home base for adventures
We stayed the weekend and it was a perfect home base for riding our side by sides. The house was clean, had all the necessities we may need, and there was even a little something there for breakfast. Fantastic communication from the hosts before hand and an easy and simple check out process. We will definitely be back.

Cozy, relaxing home in beautiful landscape
We arrived and the house was absolutely beautiful inside, super clean, warm and inviting. We didn't want to leave this peaceful place and the owner generously let us stay an extra day. The local BLM land is spectacular.
