Sep 24, 2019The food court has plenty of options to eat, and many, many stores to shop at. Every person we encountered was so nice. The stores staffs were friendly and helpful and made you feel like you’re special. Sincerely.

Aug 11, 2019This is supposed to be a poolside view! You can’t even see the pool but the staff repeatedly tried to deny it. Then she lied and said that they didn’t have anymore rooms available but her co worker 3mins later tried to get me to upgrade for $40 more.

Jul 30, 2019Lego land was for smaller children but had a great time anyway! The Aquarium adjacent was ok but definitely 2nd rate in comparison to the Dallas World Aquarium (which is awesome by the way!!!) The mall was nice, clean, great deals and a variety of shops. The movies were good as well. Actual theatre was kind of small but clean and friendly staff. We utilized all our time at the Grapevine Mall Outlets and was well worth it:)
