I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool.

Hotel bem localizado, ao lado do NBA Park e SuperCarros. Café da manhã excelente, quartos amplos, limpos e novos. Piscina térmica muito boa, com opção para crianças, que também adoraram a brinquedoteca, cineminha e sala de jogos. Academia bem equipada. Único ponto a melhorar é o buffet da sexta-feira à noite, no restaurante.

Ficamos duas diarias no Bella, primeiro gostaria de destacar o excelente atendimento desde o.checkin ate a saida, o recepcionista Mateus extremamente simpatico, conseguiu fazer.nos sentir acolhidos de forma encantadora, nossa unica observação quanto ao atendimento foi com o piscineiro que em algumas situacoes simples nao teve a mesma cordialidade no atendimento quanto aos demais funcionários. O hotel é limpo e o quarto extremamente confortavel, cama, roupas de cama e chuveiros excelentes. A sauna é otima piscinas e jacuzzis sao boas tb, porem com o hotel lotado o.local fica barulhento demais por ser fechado, conseguimos aproveitar um pouco mas nao conseguimos relaxar, nossa filha amou entao se estiver com crianças vale muito a pena. Agora vamos ao café da manhã, o buffet é extenso e bem variado, porem nem tudo que peguei estava fresco e saboroso, mas pela variedade vc consegue ter uma boa alimentação, o café passado é fesco, muito saboroso e na temperatura perfeita! Em geral o hotel é otimo e vale muito a pena ainda mais se.estiver vom criança!
