There is a great 24-hour laundromat that's 4 minutes away that we would recommend using as an alternative to the coin laundry machine in the hotel. The rooms were a little small, but that was somewhat expected in Tokyo. The hotel was in a great area that was almost directly next to the station, which made traversing Tokyo via the transit system generally easy and convenient.

High priced "Outlet stores" Most are European or US brands, most more expensive than retail. Few chances on discounts but not worth the hour+ traffic line for parking on 2 lane roads.
