"The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We loved how the hotel was within walking distance of everything. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were amazing. Everything was perfect, will definitely come back "

"When we booked with Hotels it said our room would have a balcony and it didnt. It also said it had roof top outdoor sitting and it was closed also. If it had said it wasn't opened to sit up there or the balconies we couldnt use i would not of booked with that hotel. "

"Loews was top notch...the front desk was very personable and informational...(treated you like you mattered at check in) My guest remarked on how well built the property was, could not hear neighbors or ppl above us (we were on 7th floor) Very clean...gym had good equipment and views. The location is very hard to beat. We parked and never used the car again because everything was walking distance. This will no doubt be my go-to hotel whenever im in Chicago."
