Convenient location. Clean comfortable room. The nice receptionist gave us a ground floor room as I have arthritis and use a walking stick and had forgotten to make a note of this at the time of booking. Very reasonably priced

This property is long overdue maintenance and re-decoration. The staff are clearly doing their best but there location lets them down.A fellow traveller had booked breakfast and ZI was appalled that an elderly gentleman was expected to take a 15 minute walk in the rain, dealing with either stairs or very long ramps to get his meal. It does not state that breakfast is not on site and this is very poor. If a cooked breakfast can’t be offered on the correct side of the motorway the don’t advertise it. Misleading.
