"What a FANTASTIC hotel, huge, comfortable rooms, great beds, kind staff. It’s less than five minutes to the 1 and 2 subway lines, and a quick walk to Namdaemun Market. The place gets quiet on the weekend and some of the nearby shops close because it’s the financial district, but it’s so easy to get to and from the airport. Front staff was so helpful, called a van taxi for us because we were a family with a lot of luggage. Amazing value for the money. I’ll definitely come back here. Only small complaint was there are only 2 elevators for 23 floors, so sometimes getting to it from the room to the lobby could take longer than expected. The rainfall showerhead was so nice! Honestly I looked forward to going back to the hotel every time we went on an outing. Completely recommend!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. "

"This hotel was really nice! It’s located a bit out of the touristy areas of Seoul, which some might not like but I personally enjoyed. The rooms were really nice, clean, and spacious, with lovely wood detailing throughout. the beds amazingly comfy with high-quality pillows and linens. I slept well thanks to these, the good soundproofing, and blackout curtains. The bathroom had a tub which was a nice feature (not all hotels in Korea have tubs). The shower head pressure was really strong and the water temperature control was really precise. The TV screen was large, the AC worked fine. The lobby was also really pretty and had a nice smell when you walked in. The hotel provides a small gym and coin laundry which was very convenient. There is a buffet on the 3rd floor that you can purchase separately. There is also a vending machine in the lobby that dispenses toothbrush and toothpaste, snacks, and other convenient goods. If it’s raining, they also provide free umbrellas to borrow. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the line 2 metro (Guro Digital Complex Station). The streets are narrow and kind of bumpy if you have a lot of luggage though, so beware. On the other hand, there is an airport limousine to and from Incheon Airport that stops right in front of the hotel. My only complaint would be that the breakfast buffet food was okay - not bad but not amazing either. But otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay here again!
