"The room had areas obviously warn like around the bathroom door no paint on the edges etc ran out of shampoo and conditioner the first day asked multiple times to have it filled no avail luckily we had bought some for my daughter who attends us Santa Cruz loved the staff so,sweet and friendly. We come down pretty much monthly now so look forward to coming again will be down for her 21st bday April 28 see you soon "

"Beautiful property! Friendly and helpful staff. Room was updated, spacious, and clean. Plenty of towels for our family of four. We were able to find a parking spot close to our room, however valet parking is complimentary. We stayed at this property for a wedding and it was beautiful. All the food we enjoyed during our visit was good. Again the staff was friendly and very helpful! Would definitely stay there again. My only regret was that we were not able to stay longer and use the spa facilities. Keep up the great work!!"

"I really like the front desk clerk Denise. Room is comfortable but the night table drawer is missing a knob. Lamp has a loose plug and floors behind the nightstand are dirty. The price is right so I can overlook these small issues. "
