"Noise room. Food limited, need to pay 3 euro for fresh orange juice in breakfast buffet. Cheap quality of food. Staff training needed in this hotel. English language training needed in this hotel. Overall don't expect 5star. Customer paid 5 star price but on arrival it's 3 Star in this hotel in my options. "

"We loved our room . We had a private pool room and it was amazing. There was a good view of the sea. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was always willing to help with whatever we needed . We will definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed dinner at night onsite at the restaurant. We had one morning at the spa and it was very relaxing . "

"Other than being close to the airport and the only hotel in the area open during the off season, there wasn’t a lot of positives. The room smelled like smoke, we had no hot water, the carpet was dirty, our sink leaked water all over the counter and there are no amenities in the room like a kettle and we could only find 1 water glass. The bed was clean and it was good enough for 1 night before an early flight. "

"Sardar front desk was very nice and helpful. I was very disappointed with the restaurant staff very rude. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but didn’t NOT all the food was covered with flies. Our room was very great big size with amazing view. The bathroom needs updating. "

"The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. Plenty of desserts as well. Food was tasty. Beach is not far: 5 min walk to the nearest beach bar with chase longs, but we walked to the next one it was usually less crowded. Hotel pool had a great view and water hadn’t too much chlorine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cons: the hallways and stairs were not cleaned as well as the rooms. Gym is quite basic. Overall we were quite happy with our choice of hotel and enjoyed our stay."
