This coastal contemporary condo is ready to host your family or group! The beautiful decor and contemporary design makes it truly stand apart from other properties in Galveston. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable inside. A galley style full kitchen will help out with any cooking projects you may want to take on during your trip. Refresh yourself within the tiled walk-in shower, complete with a bench. The two hallway bunk beds are perfect for younger guests who want to stay up chatting. In the living room, the sofabed pulls out to be another sleeping space for guests. The wonderful shared amenities - including pools and a hot tub - are sure to make guests feel at home.

Located just across Seawall Boulevard from the island's sun-kissed shores, this condo is never far from adventure. You'll be half a mile down the road from the Galveston Fishing Pier and only two miles from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Water Park. The community offers three pools (including one that's heated, a wading pool for children, and a large pool with a swim-around island), as well as volleyball courts and rentable cabanas.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great little weekend stay
We stayed here as a family of 4 for the weekend with younger kiddos. The beach was right across the street. The property is currently under construction, but it was very close to everything. The kiddos loved the heated pool and bunk bed nook. The actual inside was cute, too. Small, but it had everything you need. The Appliances looked new and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again, especially during the summer.

Quick getaway
Location was nice and quite. The property needs a little love, but they are in the process of updating things. The check in process was easy, and the late checkout opportunity was an unexpected bonus. But…there is always a but..the unit was dirty. Stains on the couch, food on the walls, dirty bunk bed ladder, dirt on the door. Shower had hair in it, the curtain has black and brown spots in it. Further inspection you see it is squished bugs. You would take a shower after a day of play then walk barefoot in the condo and have to wash your feet before you went to bed. Dishes had to be re washed before use. They were stacked and still wet in between. We did advise the management team and sent pictures of the issues. They offered to send the cleaning crew back, but by this time it was 7pm. We purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned it like it should have been in the first place. The unit had a limited amount of pans and no pot holders or oven mitts. We have stayed in other properties but have never encounter anything like this.
