**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**--------Babe's Place is the perfect house for your FAMILY. Great for a single family or 2 small families. Master suite has king bed and attached full bath. The second bedroom has queen bed and the third bedroom has a 2 double beds. This house features a large yard with a fenced in section, which your will dogs love to be in!
Babe's Place has all the modern conveniences of home including satellite tv with flat screen TVs in both living area and master bedroom. For your convenience, WIFI is included! Kitchen is well stocked and perfect for the home chef preparing meals at the beach. (regular drip coffee pot and blender) A washer and dryer is on the premises.

Downstairs you will find a great area to BBQ on the charcoal grill while the family sits around the picnic table. House has easy access to the beach via walking or golf cart. After a fun beach day, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off at, with hot and cold water.
You will want to return to this 3 bedroom 2 bath house again and again!

Your dog is allowed with a pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Great weekend
Everything in the description was accurate. The showers had great pressure, the air conditioner was cold. The house was clean upon arrival. It was walking distance to the beach and close to the big store. Everything was exceptional. We had so much fun. Also loved the gated dog yard.

I booked this home then found out the home was being worked on so I was sent to another home on patty street that home had fleas in the home and my daughter and family was bite multiple times I called to the emergency number to report my issue so they move me to another house on jack Rd me and my family went to this home and the other home the window panel was off the window like some one broke in the home then the house was dirty the shower liner had dirty all at the bottom of the shower curtain it was black hairs in the shower as well it look like it wasn't clean at all and I was spider webs in the restroom in the corner of the cracks in the restroom I was suppose to stay Friday -sunday but I left Saturday due to the home not being liveable

Great Stay!
The property was great and our family had a blast. Close enough to the beach to walk although after the third day wished we would have rented a golf cart :). Kitchen is fully stocked. Do have to bring your own linens/towels unless you want to pay extra and you will need to bring your own TP, Paper towels, and soap, but that wasn't a problem for us and pretty common with these rentals. Beach was nice and has a ton of seashells. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

To start off they gave me the wrong key had to go back and get the correct key. Drove back and they asked for our age and wanted everyone to be over 25 if not they were going to cancel our stay. Soon as we open the house there was dog hair everywhere floor was dirty. Second bath had the tub full of water. All rooms had big stains on floor smelled horrible bed were all dirty pillows were old and stained. Dinning table was horrible different chairs and so on. Also the grill had old charcoal and was all dirty the roof from the garage underneath was open and ugly. Honestly they need to fix this house up ASAP. I would rate a -0 if I could.

Kitchen was well stocked, house overall was good. Had some bugs show up. Kitchen cabinets need child locks on them since families are allowed here. Wifi did not work.
