In the middke of everything. Parking can be a bit challenging but thats any urban area.

Loved the area. View not so much. Looked right out to dumpster and they were nasty. Tub was a must but hot water ran out very fast then took a good hour to drain. Throw pillows and bedding were very worn. Area rug was old and curled up in walking area we tripped a few times. One arm chair had a broken leg. The window shade chain was broke so it couldnt be closed. Tub had hair in it and none of our towels were clean. Looked like sone obe had just wiped their hand. But i brought our own. Def. Needs sone tlc.

Close to Strand, Cruise lines and DT
This is our second stay at this property, and it was great. This location is perfect for those wanting something downtown either for the Dickens Festival, a night or two before your cruise or to just get away for the weekend. It's close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Hosts are very good with communication and provide a wonderful place to stay in a well maintained, clean secure and comfy property. We have had friends choose this location as well and all agree it's a hidden gem.

Great weekend getaway!
My wife and I rented this property for our anniversary and we loved it! We spent the weekend on the Strand in Galveston and walked everywhere we went because the apartment was so centrally located! We will come stay again!

Relaxing Experience in the Middle of Everything
This was actually our second time to stay at this property. In June last year, we rented all 3 units in the building for our family and friends from around the country to get together. We loved it so much we decided to do it again this year at the same place. The units were brand new when we stayed before and we provided some feedback for the owners to improve the experience and we were happy to see they addressed all of our comments. The 1-bedroom unit is perfect for a small family or group. It is a big space with a beautiful view of historical buildings and trees. We really liked having a washer and dryer in the unit and the spa tub in the bathroom. The location is the best. It's in the middle of downtown and right on the future trolley route to the beach. We can't wait to come back!
