The location is not bad, take you only 10 mins to the Fukuoka Station. However, the cleanliness disappointed me and my family very much:- The carpet is very dirty and there are stains on it; The bedside cabinets are dusty; The bathroom is mildewed and we decided to go to the bathhouse rather than using the bathroom.

The hotel for reception place is very far from the hotel check in place for more than 1km! The toilet is clogged and also the bath tub clogging up too, the phone number hotel reception provided cannot get through and searching for the reception contact took up so much time.

Horrible place... we don't even want to call this place is hotel. We paid over USD250 (during the Japanese holidays) for one night and didn't expect what we got. There was no reception and no staffs at the hotel, we had to check in at a different location where is a mile away. Their check in time is 5pm, if you get there earlier, you need to pay extra fee for language storage. The room was super bad condition, smelly, dirty and small. The bath room is only 3ft X 3ft, I couldn't even close the door when I was sitting on the toilet seat. The room door is an iron door. We felt like we were staying at somewhere of detention center. We will never go back there again.

Horrible hotel....there was no staff to help you, we have to check in our room a mile away and their check in time is 5pm. If you get there earlier, you need to pay extra fee for language storage. Room was real small and the bathroom is only 3ft x 3ft. We couldn't even close the door for poop. The room door made by iron, we felt like we were staying at somewhere of the detention center. I will never nerver go back this place again.
