"We stayed 4/12-4/14 and from the moment we arrived we were treated very well. We arrived early and we were able to checkin early. The room was a nice size for European standards. The room was decorated with a cross between Old World and modern style. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop breakfast was lovely. All the hotel staff were very friendly, professional, very attentive and helpful. An extra thank you to Daniele for going above and beyond with being helpful in helping me deal with a credit card challenge. The location was excellent, easily walk to all the main sites.
