"Room was missing details for a 4 star hotel. Did not have a coffee maker or kettle in the room. Had to ask reception to provide us with two normal glasses and a coffee cups. Smell of damp in the bathroom but other then that room was clean. Breakfast not enough staff to cater for restaurant size. Items take too long to be replace when finished . Indoor pool needs to be warmer as was cold ."

"The hotel is really well located for Noto and Syracuse. The car parking is great. The public spaces are big. We were given a large room with a balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and grounds were well maintained. Lots of coffee at breakfast!"

"Pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous space... unexpected private terrace in the center of the floor we stayed at, antiques and art, beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable beds and spacious showers. Diana was endlessly patient and helpful. For us, the best feature of the hotel is the rooftop terrace where a sunset aperitivo is a must to watch the surrounding buildings glow as the sun dips. (I loved the elderflower spritz called a Hugo.) Accessibility-wise, we were met by a valet who carried in our bags. There is a standard-sized elevator on the ground floor. Self-parking was a white-knuckle affair for us, but we were rewarded with an excellent lunch & beer at a cafe directly next to the parking lot. Noto is so lovely and we had our best dining experiences here. "

"The hotel is an experience, beautiful view. However when remember booking the room with two beds, the hotel at check in, the room I booked is the king size bed. Also a bottle of wine was checked with the room booking, we found out at check out that it is not. The money is not the issue, but it is confusing/embarrasing to find out that it is not complimentary, the reception was helpful, apply $10 spa fee that we did not use and we pay 2 Euro to settled our hotel bill."

"This is probably the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed. I have written many reviews and never have I ever had the pleasure to write such a glowing compliment about a place we have stayed . We spent only one night here, but we have been overwhelmed by the hospitality of the hotel staff . We were greeted by Giuseppe at the front desk who upgraded us to a suite and very kind. The room had the view of the front garden and swimming pool- it felt serene. The bathroom had great selection of toiletries and the shower was very comfortable. We went to the spa which is honestly spectacular . We took the hammam treatment and Paulo did a great job . He informed us that he has been working in this spa for over 10 years and really takes care of the spa like it’s his own . Then we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we were blown away by the hospitality of the chef’s team and Santoni our server. Every dish was meticulously prepared and they really took care of us with no compromise of service and flavour. The stuffed ravioli was a taste sensatio. The breakfast was yet another spectacular event. The hot eggs and pastries were exquisite and Jimmy our server was kind and attentive and took initiative really look after us. Isobella at the reception was lovely .The thing we took away from staying here 1 night is that the staff love their job and it is because of this dedication to attention & professionalism in every tiny detail that makes this the best hotel we have ever stayed."
