This is a great place. We stayed with a 9 year old and a dog. Nothing was too much trouble - even though a wedding reception was on, we had a quiet room well away from it. Everything was very thoughtful. Staff were great and very engaging. We would definitely stay again. PS - I never complete reviews - but this place definitely deserves it!

It has clearly been recently refurbished. The room was far better than the class of hotel implies - excellent in-room facilities and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and efficient, and Farnham is a beautiful small town.

I do not understand the positive reviews, the properly is badly managed, run down and from the few employees I interacted with (didn’t use the restaurant), had rude staff - my advice would be to avoid.

An excellent stay that exceeded our expectations. Nestled in the centre of Farnham with good parking and nicely laid out inside - bar, restaurant and lounge were welcoming and well run - the breakfast was good. Staff were excellent and happy to help in a friendly and courteous manner. Good value for money and dog friendly for our Labrador. We will return for certain.

This is a really lovely place to stay right in the centre of Farnham. The core of the Hotel is a really old building with an interesting history. Staff are fantastic, food is delicious – very obviously freshly cooked to order, – and our bedroom was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by lovely grounds and we look forward to going back and being able to sit in them in the spring or summer. All in all this was not only fantastic value for money but a really really great place to stay which included many of the little extra thoughtful details that have largely disappeared in most hotels today. We will return for sure.
