"Good coffee and decent breakfast. All staff and shuttle drivers were fast, friendly and accommodating. Got pool and hot tub and gym with filtered water machine. Four pillows on a plush bed. Nice big tv on the wall, bathtub for hot soak. Real quick to airport! "

"This is a great hotel. Not only is it close to a few subway lines that can bring you all around the city, but the rooms are newly renovated and feel clean and homey. The best part about this hotel though is hands down the staff. The nicest staff in all of NYC. Truly wonderful people that are always willing to help. Never saw anyone without a smile on. Will be back many more times! "
