"I had a very nice stay. The only negative is that I had a VERY hard time contacting the hotel over the phone!! Almost impossible!! I had a couple questions leading up to my stay and never could contact anyone. No one ever answered the phone but one time and the person was young and couldn't help me or even tried. Other than that the facility is newer, clean, in a good location, and after I got there everyone was nice. What a pleasant surprise being they don't answer the phone I didn't know what kind of place this was going to be. Definitely was nervous at first. Glad it worked out. "
