"Staff is friendly and food is delicious. Highly recommend this Hotel as it is in Downtown, walkable to restaurants, shops, historical venues, etc. It’s in the middle of the hustle and bustle though - so if you’re looking for a secluded, quiet, non city-like attraction this might not be your preferred Hotel. "

"The staff is THE BEST! Felt safe at all times! Close to tons of cathedrals, including the main Catedral de Guadalajara. We used Uber, but I know there were tons of public transportation options super close by. The bathroom was a great size and the air conditioner came in super handy given these warm days! Bring ear plus if you’re a light sleeper (it didn’t affect me, but I know there’s a night club right across the street…and the music can go ‘til 8am!). I’d stay here again for sure!"
