This renovated ranch style vacation home is located just minutes from Clinton Lake. Just 1/2 mile from Mascoutin Pavillion which offers a boat ramp, public beach, bike riding trails, hiking trails, several playgrounds and Boondocks restaurant and bait shop. Logan's Landing is only 2 1/2 miles from the Marina at Clinton Lake which also offers boat launch options. Also at the Marina is Barefoot Cove which offers pontoon boat rentals as well as kayak rentals. The property is just a 15 minute drive to Clinton or Farmer City and only 2 minutes to Dewitt which offers additional food/drink options. You'll appreciate the close proximity to the lake after a fun day out on the water.
The home features 3 bedrooms. The king and queen rooms both have televisions and the third offers xl twin bunk beds and a xl full size bed with slide out trundle bed underneath. Their is also a desk in the bunk room for homework/work projects. 2 full baths that have been renovated and a full laundry room that offers up some beach accessories for your enjoyment during your stay. The kitchen offers a full line of appliances, beautiful new granite counter tops, breakfast bar and fully stocked for your cooking needs. Dining room affords seating for 8 comfortably. Spacious living room to kick up your feet and watch one of the several movies provided. Smart TV's in which Hulu is provided or you can log on to your netflix account using our high speed internet. The walk in closet will house high chair, pack and play and some toys/games for your children's entertainment.
The outside offers BEAUTIFUL sunsets, covered outdoor dining for your whole party, grilling area, firepit, and a cute little outdoor reading "nook" and a extra large back yard. Plenty of parking for multiple boats. Near by bait and tackle shops and wood for purchase for your evening fires. No parties please!
If you want a relaxing IN HOME massage to end your fun day on the lake call Sara and set it up early. She does an amazing job. If you prefer to book in her spa that's an option also and it's a quick drive to her spa in Maroa. There is boat slip rental available at Barefoot Cove Marina 6599 Sailboat Rd. Weldon Il. 61882
$35 for first night and $30 every night after.
We have plenty of boat trailer parking on the property so you don’t have to leave your trailer at the Marina.

We stayed here for a wedding. The place was nice. Plenty of room. Didnt use the outside becaused it was a rainy weekend. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of Blankets and pillows for 8 people. I would stay here again. Very nice

This home is wonderful, and the owners are very accommodating. We stayed here the weekend of my daughter’s weddding at the RAS Hangar. They answered my many messages that were prompted by my ‘unknowing’ which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Home Away From Home
From making a reservation to check out I have to give Steve, Susie and their home 5 stars. The bar has been set high for future Vrbo stays. Steve and Susie were very receptive and responses to my many questions. Making the reservation could not have been more simple as was check out. My first impression upon arrival was how well kept and maintained the property was. Upon walking in the house, it felt like home. It has a farmhouse/lake/ aquatic feel. It is very apparent that a lot of time, effort and thought has gone into Logan's Landing. The decor all throughout the house is awesome and everywhere you turn you see something new and interesting. I love the way the home is inviting and relaxing. I was also impressed at how clean everything was. Steve and Susie have put a lot of effort into making sure that the house is stocked with everything you might need. This includes but is not limited to the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and Laundry area. Even the outside common areas have all sorts of items for relaxing or entertaining. Being a mostly solitary traveler and a woman in the older years I felt safe and had the tranquility I need for when I travel. I plan to return to Logan's Landing as often as I can. It's so nice to have a home to go to - thank you Steve and Susie.

Great Getaway
The house was better in person than in the photos. Extremely clean and well maintained. Lots of room on the outside to do whatever needs to get done, stretch your legs or just relax. All modern amenities in the house. Hosts made it feel like home, nicely done.

In the country with the grandkids.
The property was wonderful. Fully stocked, clean, and the setting was beautiful. We entertained our two sets of grandchildren and had great indoor and outdoor activities. The big yard was great for games and the firepit was perfect for smores. The state park was just down the road with a fun beach and good fishing. The home is a perfect getaway.

Honestly it was all we could hope for celebrating a high school graduation, a marine ship out date and a 16th bday with a relaxing stay in the most inviting home. Close to beach, boating and hikes. Peaceful Getaway
The home was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We were near Clinton, Lake Clinton, and Farmer City. I especially enjoyed visiting the lake, eating at Boondocks Grill & Bait, and shopping at the Clinton Antique Mall. We hope to visit again soon.

Fabulous country home
Rented this awesome home for 10 days for deer camp. What a gem!!! Minutes from most hunting parking spots, this home has it all!! The house was clean, cozy and the kitchen was well stocked w pots/pans/utensils for cooking great meals! The guys hunted while I worked from the home during the day, and the internet is great. The hot water is a little temperamental (we think there is air in the hot water line…so it bursts at you in the sinks and shower), but that’s really the only “negative” thing I can say about the place. For the coffee lovers, I messed up and took my Kcups…no biggie! Just cut open the tops and dump 3 into the coffee pot basket to 10 cups of water (I don’t like it really strong). We loved it, and can’t wait to return next year!!

Lovely home near Clinton Lake
This is a well appointed and comfortable home that could comfortably sleep 8 without putting someone on a sofa. Nice outdoor areas too—especially the grill. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay
Our stay at Logan's landing was fantastic. We were there for my son's wedding and being there made a stressful stay less so. We were able to assemble the reception decorations and I was able to get my son's wedding cake assembled and decorated. The space was absolutely fantastic. We were so close to the access of Clinton Lake we were even able to use that for an afternoon. I can't say enough times how great this place is. In fact, my expericence staying there has changed the way I'll travel in the future. I don't think I'll be using a hotel again anytime soon. The owners were fantastic to work with and responded very quickly to any text messages and questions I had. Just a fantastic experience and fantastic people. Thank you so much, Dian.

Graduation weekend
We were in town for a graduation from University of Illinois! What a perfect place to gather and celebrate. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We traveled with a 9 month old and the added pack n play, high chair and toys were priceless. The outdoor area is loaded with everything you need. The state park located within a mile is beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this rental unit and if we are ever in the area again this is where I will stay.

Wonderful stay!
Beautiful home and property! It was perfect for our group of 6 friends (3 couples). Other than walking down the road to the Clinton Lake State Rec Area for a Saturday morning hike, we stayed at the house all weekend. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook all out meals. Jenga in the Outer Banks kept us busy for hours Friday night, and the yard was perfect for outdoor games and just enjoying the day Saturday. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a perfect layout for hanging out together. Owners were very responsive and kind. We had the opportunity to meet Steve, who went out of his way for us. It was a wonderful weekend and we hope to be back someday!

We came to visit Family for Thanksgiving and this was the Perfect Home to stay in. It had all the conveniences of home plus some. It was very comfortable. Well stocked and conveniently located to the places we had to go. We so appreciated this rental.
