Our room was not available to check in at 3 and we wanted 20 minutes. They were going to call to let us know when they were ready - no call. Returned at 9pm and no one at counter - 3 people in line waiting. When we got to our room, the TV didn't work. We called front desk and someone came to try to fix. Couldn't fix. Said he would call owner to see if there was something else to try and would call us - again so call.

The hotel was fine however they shut down the air-conditioning if there’s no movement in the room which means in the middle of the night, the room gets hot.

AC doesn’t stay on at night by design. No movement
Unfortunately, it’s one of these hotels that largely shut down the air conditioning late at night when there’s no movement in the room. The room then gets hot and is uncomfortable.

Downhill slide
Great first impression, but slowly went downhill. We were checked in by a very cheerful front desk employee and were initially impressed by the room. We opened the pull out couch to find an extra tv remote stuffed in there and a lot of popcorn on the floor underneath. We couldn’t tell if the sheets had been changed but there was a second set in the closet so we switched it out. The next day, our room was not serviced by housekeeping so there were no towels. All of the three ice machines were broken. In addition, each time we came back to our room, the entire floor reeked of pot. Very disappointed in this z Marriott property.
