"The stay was great. The rooms are not very big but well-designed so they don't feel small at all. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept very well. The restaurant had nice food and the staff were lovely overall. I'll likely be staying here again next time I'm in Katowice."

"The Mercure is a super cute hotel with a great lobby bar and a even better hotel breakfast. The rooms are clean and new and the bathroom products are great. They also have incredibly cozy beds. Definitely reccomend staying here the next time you are in Katowice! "

"The staff at this hotel are really charming The hotel is very well designed. It’s located in a pedestrian area but that’s not a problem for taking Uber or getting around. I didn’t find noise to be an issue. However I stayed on the upper floors. The soundproofing within the hotel is excellent. Good wifi, TV , air con I would certainly choose this hotel over any others. I have stayed in in Katowice over the past 10 years. The only thing I would really want is a refrigerator and room service, but, this is a relatively budget hotel. Certainly the best Best Western I have ever stayed in."
