"The owner is very communicative, the apartment is nice but not well-maintained. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. The kitchen is not well-equipped (had to start the stove with matches, no oil/salt). The breakfast arrives to the front door, it wasn't fresh but they provided us with eggs as we requested."

"This property is uniquely odd. We arrived at night by car after long drive and couldn't figure out where the entrance was. The grounds are unkept and access roads gravel. It seemed to be an unfinished construction project. Under the light of day the entire upscale neighborhood behind the hotel is in the same unfinished state. Of the 36 rooms I think only 3-4 were occupied. Inside hotel was nicely decorated inluding great room with superb view of the bay. Restaurant breakfast was good, evening meal not so much--go elsewhere."

"The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was surprisingly good, in particular the room service menu. I did not like that I had to wait until 8pm to order, but the food came quickly and was delicious. Also, the website says that certain food and drinks were available all day, and they were not."

"A very nice hotel with very a reasonable price. Good hot shower. Decent WiFi. Excellent breakfast. Great location (close to boardwalk, bus station, downtown, shopping). The room had no AC and if this was summer, I think it would've been stuffy in there (window opens to the inside). I would recommend and stay there again."
