"My stay at best western was really good. The property is neat and clean and the staff ensures that the rooms and linen are cleaned everyday. Not all the rooms have windows, so if you are looking for a room with window, please opt for Premier rooms. I had a pleasant experience running into Vandana at the front desk. She greeted us with a smile always and was helpful in all aspects. I am definitely coming back! The location is a busy one, the intent of my trip was shopping nearby, hence it worked well for my family."

"The best hotel in New Delhi that I used to stay , decent and delicious breakfast served, friendly staffs and of course very pleasant and clean room. This hotel is close to train station and Metro. You can also request the counter to ask for auto and cab. It's only cost 100 rupieeh to travel to metro airport."

"The hotel is a beautifully restores haveli and is true my one of a kind. We loved the character, activities, and ambiance that the hotel offered. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern. However, the rooms are small, air conditioning is weak, and the interior room windows result in limited privacy. Nonetheless, the experience the hotel offers greatly out way the negatives. I highly recommend staying here for short trips 1-3 days. For longer trips, staying in Old Delhi may be tiring. "

"Bad first impressions with two members of staff hassling me about buying travel tickets before I’d even checked in. Room was an ok space, but couldn’t get antiquated AC to work and ceiling fan was so loud as to make sleep difficult. Minimal natural light from the window opening out onto a wall a foot or so away. Did seem to have on demand hot water, unlike some places in the area. Sure it’s cheap, but there are other better places nearby for similar price."
