"We liked so many things about this hotel. Oliver was so welcoming, explaining things about the hotel, making sure we had tea and cake while we decompressed since our room wasn’t ready (it was early in the morning) and arranging someone to drive us to the South Gate so we could walk to the ruins and Cleopatra pool. We loved all the mosaic lamps throughout the property and then there was the amazing breakfast! Our room was large and comfortable. I wish there was a little more light but this was not a showstopper. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff goes above and beyond to provide anything you need. This hotel was a highlight of our trip. "

"Great property, about 5-8 minutes driving from main attractions and very quiet. Next door is nice grocery store, restaurants is walking distance. Rooms are cleans and nice. They have pool for babies, pool for adults and older kids and thermal pool. Friendly personal and good breakfast! I would definitely stay there again! "
