This is the best hotel in the area, but it doesn't make it a good hotel. The rooms are outdated and the bathtub creaked like it was going to fall through the floor at any moment. The staff was friendly...this time. We've stayed in the past where that was not the case. And don't ask for extra pillows, apparently that's against policy.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. They staff is friendly and professional. All of our needs were met cheerfully. The hotel is very clean and quiet. This is definitely my go to when I visit family in Crossett.

The girl I checked in with was not very friendly. I understand the $25 fee, but with the price this hotel charges, I think it’s rather excessive. Then when I asked her if I get it back at the end of my stay, she said, “Not if you damage anything…” I guess I thought that was kind of rude. I get the 24/7 coffee bar, but no coffee maker in the rooms does not make sense to me. And no microwave. It’s one of the very few hotels I’ve stayed in without one. Loved the pool, lobby, breakfast choices. Housekeeping was stellar—very accommodating and friendly. This is a mixed review because various aspects of the stay were extremely pleasant but others were not. I also think nightly prices are too high.
