It did not seem the apartment was thoroughly cleaned. Efforts should be made to make sure that things were actually sanitized. For example there were old contact lenses stuck on the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Additionally, glasses were put in the cupboard that were used. Coffee and drink residue was left on the bottom of the cup that was in the shelf. The bed, pillows, blankets, and sheets had a distinct odor that makes it quite dubious as to the quality of the cleaning. It could simply be mustiness from old age but it is quite a turn off in this age. It further adds doubt to the cleanliness of the apartment. The quality of the furniture was marginal/mediocre at best.
Meeting the greeter was helpful, but just handing the keys and saying good luck was not helpful or necessary. The listing states parking was an amenity but that clearly was not the case. It should be removed from the advertising. In fact, a significant fine was incurred because of it. The greeter did not seem to know which app or website applied to the parking garage next door or street parking. Parking in Copenhagen is difficult, costly, and a headache, but the listing gives a false impression that it is part of the apartment.
In spite of the apartment and parking, the location is excellent and the city of Copenhagen is awesome. The address is next to numerous restaurants, cafes, grocery store, schools, gyms, parks, train station, bus stops, and attractions. A more local experience.
