This apartment is located in a fast-growing area of downtown with lots of exciting shops and restaurants opening all the time. It's peacefully tucked in a quieter area away from the bar scenes of The Short North while still being only 5-10 minutes drive away.
Our place is nestled along the river and perfectly located for anyone who enjoys going on walks or bike rides with the beautiful Scioto Mile trail running right behind the community.
You'll love being just a few steps away from Ray Ray's BBQ, Brewdog, One Line Coffee, Strongwater, Yellow Brick gourmet pizza, and many other favorites.
It's easy to get anywhere downtown...by car, bicycle, scooter, Uber/Lyft, walking, bus, etc.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay.
After booking, you'll receive full check-in details - including your codes for the building entrance and the apartment door keypad (we change this for every guest).
Arriving at the apartment is easy. Just park in the loading zone with your hazards on when you first arrive so that you can easily take your luggage up to the apartment and get your parking pass (on the kitchen counter). Then, pull your car around back into the parking garage.
Once inside, you'll also find physical apartment keys on the kitchen counter which you can use as backup.

It's super easy to get anywhere in the city from our place. There's a bike/walking trail onsite that goes through downtown, plus a scooter drop-off right outside our building! We have 24/7 availability of Uber/Lyft etc. Many attractions are within walking distance. An unlimited parking pass is included, so you'll be able to park in our parking garage. But street parking is also surprisingly easy in case you have 2 cars or ever want to invite someone over.

This apartment is located in a 100% smoke-free community, so no smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere…including our balcony, breezeways, parking lots, etc.
If you have allergies or if cleanliness is super important to you, you'll love the fact that pets have never been permitted in this apartment. While we love pets, we reserve this apartment for sensitive guests who prefer a pet-free environment. Want your furry friend to join you? Check out our other properties!
