An early welcome to the desert,
Our home is very spacious and inviting, the gem has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The gem is located near many attractions. A 2 minute drive to the polo grounds, 5 minute drive to PGA west golf, 10 minute drive to old town la quinta, 15-20 min drive to the tennis garden, 40 minute drive to palm springs! If you are coming to enjoy some sun you most defenitly are in the right place, and will head home with some brightness in your life and a nice tan!!!
The gem is beautiful year around!
The property does have Ring surveillance cameras facing the entrance of the property doors. Main entrance doors, garage door and backyard entrance door only.

Perfect House Close to Empire Polo Club
Let’s just say that I was extremely pleased with this beautiful and spacious home. The outdoor area is so cute with a small pool and hot tub, perfect to cool off in the Coachella Valley heat. Our friends came into town and they stayed in the attached casita and love their space. It’s pretty close to Empire Polo fields making it easy to get to and from events. The kitchen is well stocked and I was glad they provided shampoo and conditioner because I forgot to pack my own. We will be staying here again!

Vicious Dog Next Door
We couldn't stay at the house because of a vicious dog next door that broke thru wood fence, and since we had our dogs, it was simply not safe. This wasn't disclosed to us and would have been a key reason that we wouldn't have rented this house i. The first place, but then we got stuck with 3 month rental on a house we couldn't stay at. There was also a hige pile of trash in sideyard when we arrived.

Cold jacuzzi, nasty side yard and broken door to back yard
The jacuzzi looks great in the photos but it’s only on four hours a day and doesn’t get hot. When you ask the owner to extend the hours she’ll let you know how (pay an extra $15 an hour), but then ignores you once you give the go ahead to extend the time.

Great place for a family vacation with grandparents
We had a great time staying at Briana and Hulises’ house. The house was great for our family of five, including 3 kids ages 6-15, to reconnect with my parents who came out from Chicago for our first in-person reunion since the pandemic. The pool and spa are highlights of the property and the kids and all of us spent hours swimming and relaxing in the pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just the right number for all seven of us, including a single bedroom for our 15 year old and privacy for my parents in the casita. Our only suggestions are minor. It would be helpful to provide some basic information about the property. (For example, when to put out the trash and recycling, how the spa works, how to operate the AC in the casita.). In addition, night stands in the bedrooms and additional chairs for the dining room would be great. Other than that, our stay was excellent and Briana and Hulises were great hosts.

Things to consider
The sliding glass door was really hard to open from the outside (three of my guest broke nails), a handle would be nice. The hot water in one of the bathrooms didn't come on at all. The air in the Casida was hard to control thermostat seemed like it would fall off the wall. The blinds in the dining area could not be opened (broken). One of the rooms should have twin beds (everyone that comes together cannot sleep together). There should be televisions in the rooms especially the Master bedroom. Fix the broken blind in the Casida. There was a hole in the wall walking out of the Casida area.
