Unit C 10 Mins to Downtown! River Front Vacation W/ Water Access

After a full day of sightseeing, come relax by the river, watch your kids play on our river front playground area from your front porch or kayak over to the rope swing across the river and unwind. There is something to do for everyone. 10-Gigabit WiFi-Speed Smart TVs with Roku and Netflix are available while you’re on vacation.

We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

Our friends and neighbors next door, River Gorge Excursions, rent pontoon boats as low as $200.00 guided and unguided! Contact owner Jesse Gaylor (423) 987-1711 for rates and availability.

Conveniently located only 10 minutes from downtown, this condo is two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has views of Elder Mountain, Signal Mountain and the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. You will get the feeling of a relaxing vacation on the countryside, while still being close to everything you have planned on your itinerary.
It is just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, hiking trails and all of Chattanooga’s popular attractions. This newly updated condo is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families, friends and business travelers coming to visit the wonderful city of Chattanooga.

Onsite you will have access to docks, a covered grill and dining area, fire pits, great fishing, hiking, and immediate water access for a great fun filled getaway and family vacation! We have kayaks and paddle boards to use May-October. We will have a kayak attendant on site to assist you with your boats.. Please do not bring a motorized boat, we do not have enough parking.

NOTE: This condo is on the second floor, therefore it is not suited for handicapped or elderly. We operate on eastern standard time even though our condo is located in central. We are just over the time zone line.

Beautiful property
Great property with wonderful view and close enough to the city if you want to go in. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy, not out of rudeness just how the unit was set up. But owners had thought of everything and even included a sound machine to help my husband sleep as he is a light sleeper. In other words the owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Would stay again.

We rented this condo for a family getaway on Labor Day and had the absolute best time. It's just minutes from downtown Chattanooga. And it's got a beautiful porch overlooking the Tennessee river. Where you can relax and watch the sunset or sip your morning coffee.

Great place to stay. Nice and clean and a beautiful location on the river. My kids loved fishing and kayaking across the river to the rope swing. I loved my peaceful mornings on the dock reading my book. Highly recommend staying here!

Travel ball and mini family vacation
We were in town for travel ball and wanted to make a little mini vacation out of with the family. It was the perfect place. We brought the jet skis was able to dock it there the whole time. The kids had a blast and the view was beautiful to wake up to. Allision and Ray were great to deal with. They respond right away every time I had questions. We will definitely be coming back.
