"Great experience overall, starting with the reception staff helping with all questions and the check in process, the hotel itself, clean and very comfortable room, options to eat in the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and we had a chance to deal with different crews, very consistent level of service, going above and beyond to ensure we were OK. Definitely will stay again if we happen to be in Granada again. "
