I vacated this property on Aug 14 at 10am due to the multiple problems associated with the property (see below). I need to be refunded, back to my credit card.
You have an extremely rude, incompetent and inconsiderate team. I called you about the problems I was experiencing at the apartment and all you did was pass me from one person to another. Whenever the phone got cut off or dropped by your staff, no one called me back. I had to call back and you did not resolve my issues, which were serious issues:
1. The elevator was not working from Day 1. I was on the 3rd floor with 6 sets of stairs. At my age and with bad knees, I had to walk up the stairs multiple times even when checking in with luggage and with groceries.
2. There were ants all over the apartment and the apartment building staff told me to use wet paper towels to kill them. No attempt to come and fix the problem.
3. On Monday night, the electricity went off. We thought that it was due to the bad weather and went to sleep thinking it will be back soon. Woke up Tuesday, still no electricity. I spent over $300 stocking up the fridge and most of the food went bad.
4. On Tuesday night, the TV went off. Alerted the building staff who said I needed to now be a technician to fix the TV.
5. The entrance wall has mold from water damage. This has been flaring up my allergy.
All your staff and supervisors were VERY UNHELPFUL. Well, I have decided to leave the apartment. I have booked another apartment through Airbn
