We liked the ocean views! Beautiful views from most every room. Had lots of space for the 7 of us. Several places to sit and visit. It was nice to have a basket of beach towels to use while we were there. It could use a bit of updates in the unit. For the price I expected it to be a little nicer furnishings.

This Villa was amazing! Loved the space! Pros: Space was AMAZING Off the Beach Great Security Great Communication with Casago Parking space offered Public transportation was great and right outside gate Was given a unopened 5 gallon bottle of drinking water to use (BUT still bought bottled water since I am picky with water) Cons: Located on a Resort that you do not have access to (cannot go to the pool nor restaurants) BUT the beach access is the same for the resort people and Villa people You cannot use the chairs/umbrellas on the beach since they are for the resort people only Fridge had a smell to it Place was not swept/mopped (BUT They sent someone the next day to do this) Comforters/Sheets/Towels had stains on them (BUT they replaced them HOWEVER only replaced sheets and did not provide enough replacement towels) Restaurants were not walking distance and walking distance restaurants on Google Maps were in the surrounding resorts that we could not go to Paid for day passes to the neighboring resort (Emporio Cancun) to use their pool which was amazing but again, sucked that we could not use the pool at the resort the Villa is at (Wyndham Grand Cancun)
