Neighbors were very friendly and helpful during our check in, as we arrived after hours. It was raining and two different people came by to assist. Location is excellent! Great restaurants nearby and next to the night markets. Very clean, bed comfortable and so nice to have kitchen facilities.

Fabulous location with a quick walk to shops and Esplanade. Building is a little old and stuck in the 90s but the staff are very welcoming and the rooms/ pool clean.

We had a comfortable stay and we would come back again next time when we visit Cairns . However, it would have been much easier to arrive when the front desk is open, not when the office is closed. The lack of having a ceiling fan in the bedroom and an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be appreciated next time.
