River front condo with stunning views

Beautiful Colorado River front condo in the Laguna Nueva condo complex. One of the nicest units in the complex with stunning river views. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets nightly from two separate balconies. The Laguna Nueva complex includes a Marina, heated swimming pool, spa and a 200 foot dock on the river for additonal sunset viewing. Unit H-7 is a corner unit townhome with 2 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a balcony off the living room and another one off the master bedroom. The unit has a three car tandem garage, but it is a shared garage with another unit. The owner usually has one space taken with a stored vehicle. The condo is only minutes from the Laughlin Casinos. This unit is the perfect destination for snow birds!

The Master Bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. The condo has everything you need for extended stays including cable TV, WiFi, televisions in living room and bedrooms, DVD player, fireplace, washer/dryer in condo, all linens, a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. High speed internet available form local provider.

Nice clean townhome with a very nice view of the Colorado River. Enjoyed watching the ducks every day. Great location walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Safe gated complex.

You won't go wrong tenting this place.

This is the best place right on the river beautiful sunsets great fishing.
The condo was remodel lately and the job is beautiful it makes you feel if you were in your own home, it is furnished very nicely and it has everything you need to live. Just bring your food. The owners were fantastic

We enjoyed staying at Jeffrey's condo which faces the Colorado River. Jeff was quick to respond if we had any questions. All the neighbors were friendly and fun. We would stay again but it's already spoken for next year.
