Weekend Away with a larger group
The house itself is very large, very nice, and has plenty of beds to sleep in, with lots of fun nooks to hang out and chat.

Retreat
We did a mini company/friend retreat! Overall it was a great stay. We all noticed some things could use upgrading or a little extra cleaning but overall we enjoyed the stay.

Great Vacation with Family and Friends
We had an awesome vacation. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the tent/game room and it was great watching football on the huge projector screen. We even had a day of snow, so the kids (and adults) were able to spend a full day snowtubing in the yard. Some minor nuisances were that the house was not completely cleaned. The cleaners were still working after we checked in, so they wrapped up as quickly as they could, but we had to give a wipe down to several surfaces and clean the fridges before we fully settled in. Some of the TVs in the bedrooms did not work and some remote batteries were dead. Lastly there were only a few chairs around the fire pit and they were in rough shape. One broke when we sat on it, but we were able to make do with other furniture on the deck. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Christmas at Sunnyside Farms
My family of twelve adults and eight kids had a wonderful Christmas at Sunnyside Farms. The house was so roomy with many gathering spots. The family loved the media room and the kids loved the clamping area with all the games. All in all it was the best Christmas ever.

Family retreat
We thought it was fantastic - enough space for us to congregate together and also spread apart to enjoy different activities or if you wanted privacy you had that as well. Plenty of space to store our food and drink for three days, prepare our food and enjoy it. We were able to arrange the whole family on the staircase for a great family picture.

Boone Wedding
We stayed here while celebrating our wedding in Boone! The home was beautiful and gave us plenty of space to relax! The home is tucked away from the town and offers a lot of privacy! The upstairs glamping tents are so cute and everyone enjoyed the large projector tv in the living room! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house /great location
The house was amazing for our large family. There was plenty of space to spread out and also plenty of space to gather together. The outdoor space was amazing. The children could play outside and we could see them from the inside. The outdoor space was safe-no traffic, etc. The dining space was perfect for our large family. There are two large dining tables in close proximity to each other. The fireplaces (gas and wood burning) were great as was the outdoor fire pit. The only complaint I have is it would be nice to have 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers . Otherwise it was perfect!
