"I recently stayed at a property for skiing with my son, it's in a great location, but that was its only perk. The place needs urgent maintenance. The pull-out couch was a nightmare. We couldn't open it the first night and had to sleep on the floor. Even after the management got it to open the next day, it remained unusable due to missing and bent parts forcing us to sleep on the floor throughout our stay. The Murphy bed was just as bad, with an old, noisy mattress that made sleeping difficult. On complaining, the management offered a meager 10% refund, justifying it by saying "beds are a personal preference and a hard thing to refund for." This refund was conditional on signing an NDA to prevent me from reviewing. I declined, valuing transparency. Additionally, the oven couldn’t properly heat, failing to cook a simple pizza. I advise future guests to read all reviews. Many have reported similar issues, which I missed before booking. This property has a long-standing history of unresolved complaints."
