JL 303: Quiet location, short walk to the beach!

This quiet one bedroom condo is brand new to our rental program. It's located in the middle of Jacobs Landing complex, half way between the beach and the pool. It has been completely remodeled with soothing earth tones. Brand new patterned carpet, natural stone kitchen floor, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture really make this unit a treat. Outside the front door is a grassy greenbelt, great for kids to play in. The back opens up to a private patio with beautiful shrubs and flowers. It has it's own BBQ and patio furniture. So whether you are coming to Birch Bay to play or relax this unit will be perfect for you!

This Condo provides complimentary Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed for an additional $100.00 per pet (max 2)

Great low-key weekend with the dogs. Perfect place for pets with beach close by pet area in "backyard". It was perfect.

The condo was in very poor condition. The carpet is gross and the bathroom floor was as well. This place shouldn’t be rented until they are both replaced. I kept socks on the whole time I was in the unit because the floor was so dirty. My socks were black. The whole condo complex is really shabby. It looks like nothing has been updated since the 70’s. I would never recommend anyone stay in this complex.

The condo was tucked back in the trees with a nice little yard in the back. It was a very small walk up to the beach. It was very quiet and restful spot. The condo stayed cool in the hot weather we had that weekend.

Cute condo by the beach
This place was pretty great. It is comfortable, quiet and a short walk from the beach. That said, a few things would take it from great to amazing. More towels, having laundry detergent available and using less heavily fragrance cleaning products would be icing on the cake.
