A lot of items in the room were peeling, damaged, ripped, or stained. The room itself was nice, but a lot of the items needed to be replaced. The hotel staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, so that was very much appreciated. Good location that’s within walking distance to Forbidden City and right around the corner from Wangfujing St. for some shopping.

Room too warm and thermostat doesn't work.
Excellent location with a big shopping center nearby. Lots of restaurants inside the shopping center. This is late October and the outdoor temperature is cold but the room temperature was set too high and cannot be lowered. Basically the thermostat doesn't work. This is true for all the hotels in China.
